FAQ

Are services covered by AHS?

No, the services provided at The Meadow Clinic are not covered by Alberta Health. Patients are required to pay out of pocket, however most extended healthcare plans do cover our services.

Do you direct bill to insurance?

Yes, we can direct bill to most major insurance companies for patient visits. We do not direct bill for lab work or supplements.

What are the fees for the services at The Meadow Clinic?

That depends on the practitioner and the service. Head to our booking page to see the costs associated with each visit type/service.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a strict cancellation policy requiring 24 hours notice for cancellation of your appointment, or we do charge the full cost of the visit. We really dread implementing it, however it is a hard boundary we set in order to protect the livelihoods of our practitioners. We make the details of our policy clear to you when you book so hopefully we can avoid it ever affecting you.
